FAQ

I get asked a lot of questions - most of which are similar. Hopefully my list of the more common questions will help you to find the information you want.

  • I am very unfit, is this ok?
    I get this question asked a lot, there is a big worry that being unfit is going to be an issue or judged by a PT. I love to help improve clients health and wellbeing no matter what your starting point it.
  • Do you help with nutrition as well as exercise?
    Yes, nutrition is so important alongside the exercise. It also helps with our mood and focus.
  • I suffer with anxiety and worried about exercising, is this suitable for me?
    Yes, absolutely suitable for you. I specialise in helping clients with mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression. So you are in safe hands.
  • How much room do I need for online personal training?
    You don't need much room at all, as long as you can fit an exercise mat in your space, you are all good!
  • I am over 80 years old, can I take part?
    Absolutely! I have trained many clients all the way up to 93 years old. Age is no barrier and exercise and healthy living can make such a positive improvement in mobility and independence.
  • Do I need any fitness equipment?
    No, there are plenty of exercises we can do which does not require any use of equipment. As we go through our sessions though I may recommend some low cost equipment to buy such as fitness bands which can help along the way.
  • I have a few medical conditions, can I train with you?
    Most medical conditions can greatly benefit from an improvement in your health and fitness, both physical and mental. This is one of my specialities and as long as your GP gives the thumbs up, then we can start.
  • What are the costs?
    The price will vary depending on how frequent you have your sessions. You may have 1 x 30min session a week or 5 hours a week. There may a friend who would like to join you on the sessions or it may be a one off programme you are after. Please don't hesitate to contact me and we can discuss your requirements.
